Salted Caramel Popcorn

Make this sweet and salty treat a drizzled delight or drench your popcorn for an all over taste sensation. Either way, once the preparation is complete you'll savor your easy to make project with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 6-8oz Make'n Mold Salted Caramel Flavored Candy Wafers
  • 1 bag Microwave Popcorn (plain or buttered)
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt or Sea Salt

Directions

Step 1 Pop the bag of microwave popcorn.
Step 2 Spread the popcorn out onto a lined cookie sheet.
Step 3 Melt the Salted Caramel Flavored Candy Wafers in a microwaveable safe bowl according to package instructions.
Step 4 Use a spoon to drizzle the melted Candy Wafers over the popcorn. Once it is well coated, sprinkle on the sugar and salt. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5 If you did not use up all the melted Candy Wafers, salt and sugar, the popcorn can be broken up and drizzled again. Also try drizzling other Candy Wafer flavors in combination with the Salted Caramel Flavor for different tastes.
