These delectable Truffle Pops are great for any occasion, parties, school lunches, or holiday get togethers. You won't be disappointed when you bite into this chocolatey treat!

Ingredients

  • 14oz Make'n Mold Truffle Flavored Candy Wafers (divided)
  • 2oz Heavy Cream
  • Chocolate Sprinkles

  • 12 Popsicle Sticks

Directions

Step 1 Melt 8 ounces of the Truffle Flavored Candy Wafers in a microwaveable safe bowl according to the package instructions.
Step 2 Heat the 2 ounces of heavy cream in the small microwaveable safe bowl until it is warm.
Step 3 To make the truffle center, combine the cream and the melted Candy Wafers stirring until smooth. Allow mixture to cool completely (approximately 2 hours).
Step 4 While the mixture is cooling, write “truffle pop” on each of the popsicle sticks with the fine tip marker.
Step 5 Once mixture is cool and has firmed up, portion truffle centers into 12 truffles. Insert a popsicle stick into each truffle, chill for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6 Melt the remaining 6 ounces of Truffle Flavored Candy Wafers in a microwaveable safe bowl according to the package instructions. Dip each truffle into the melted Candy Wafers, and place onto a lined cookie sheet. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
