We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from ChocoMaker, Inc. If you are unsatisfied, you may return or exchange product within 30 days of your purchase date. We are an SQF (Safe Quality Food) facility and therefore cannot take back any food products. To initiate a return, please email or call 716-877-3146 with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return or exchange.

We apologize, but we cannot accept the return of food items, which includes candy wafers, baking chips, stir-ins, fondant, and flavoring oils.

For all returns and exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless reason for return is damaged product.
Once your refund is processed a payment credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company as often there is processing time with banking institutions before any refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping any item over $50, please consider using tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee delivery of any returned items.
