Christmas Tree Snow Globe

Serves 1
Prep time 25 minutes
Misc Pre-preparable
Occasion Christmas

  • 4oz Green Vanilla Flavored Make’n Mold Candy Wafers
  • 1 handful ChocoMaker White Chocolate Pearls (Or similar topping)
  • 1-3 Sugar Cones (Based on the height of your Mason Jar)
  • 1/4 cup Shaved Coconut

  • 1 Quart Size Mason Jar with Lid
  • Colored Ribbon (You choice of size and color)
  • Small Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Spoon

Step 1 Melt the green candy wafers in a microwave-safe small bowl according to the package instructions.
Step 2 Depending on how tall you want your tree to be inside the jar, use a small amount of melted wafers to adhere multiple sugar cones together by spooning melted candy wafers inside the cones and refrigerate until the wafers set.
Step 3 Once the cone tree is prepared, spoon melted green candy wafers over the outside of the cones until completely coated. Be careful to handle the cones gently. Sprinkle the “tree” with white chocolate pearls or other decorations of your choice.
Step 4 Chill the coated and decorated cone trees in the refrigerator until the candy wafers are firm.
Step 5 Use additional melted green candy wafers to adhere the cone tree to the Mason Jar lid. It may help to scrape the lid coating to give the tree texture to grip on to. Chill until the candy wafers are set.
Step 6 Next, place approximately ¼ cup of coconut shreds into the Mason Jar to simulate the snow. Add additional white chocolate pearls if desired.
Step 7 Gently insert the tree and lid unit into the Mason Jar and slowly screw on the lid. Turn the jar upside down so the coconut “snow” surrounds the tree.
Step 8 Tie a ribbon around the neck of the jar to finish the project.
