  • 1 carton Pitted Cherries
  • 1 bag Make'n Mold White Vanilla Candy Wafers
  • 1 bag Make'n Mold Red Vanilla Flavored Candy Wafers
  • 8oz Make'n Mold Dark Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers
  • 4oz Heavy Cream


  • Sauce Pan
  • 4 Small Bowls
  • 4 Spoons
  • 1 Piping Bag
  • Wax Paper Lined Cookie Sheet


Step 1 Clean and dry cherries. Set aside.
Step 2 Put the 8 oz of dark chocolate flavored candy wafers in a bowl.
Step 3 Pour 4 oz of heavy cream into heavy bottomed sauce pan and heat on medium heat until boiling.
Step 4 To create ganache, pour the hot cream into the bowl with the dark chocolate candy wafers and let sit for a minute, then slowly stir, being careful to not incorporate too much air. Once mixed set ganache aside
Step 5 When ganache has cooled to just about body temperature pour into the piping bag and pipe into the cherries where pit used to be. Set filled cherries aside.
Step 6 With the three remaining bowls in front of you, filled each with the following combinations of wafers to create the varying shades of pink to dip the cherries into:
Bowl 1(Dark Pink) 3 oz Red Wafers + 1 oz Vanilla Wafers
Bowl 2 (Pink) - 2 oz Red Wafers + 2 oz Vanilla Wafers
Bowl 3 (Light Pink) - 1 oz Red Wafers + 3 oz Vanilla Wafers
Step 7 Starting with bowl 1, melt the candy wafers and dip the cherries. Let set.
Step 8 Repeat with bowl 2 and bowl 3 leaving a bit of each previous color visible (refer to picture of finished cherries). Let set.
