Mother’s Day Simple Cheesecake Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 Pre-made Cheesecake or Cheesecake Slices (Depending on how many truffles you want to make.)
  • Make'n Mold Dark Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers

Optional

  • Maken’n Mold Vanilla Flavored Candy Wafers
  • Sprinkles/Decorettes/Toppings of your choice
  • Piping Bag (Or, Make your own)

Kitchenware

  • 1/2 oz (14 g) Scoop
  • Parchment Paper Lined Cookie Sheet
  • Fork

Directions

Step 1 Make your favorite cheesecake recipe or buy a slice or two from your local grocery store.
Step 2 Scoop out the cheesecake filling with your scoop, laying them on the parchment lined cookie sheet. Chill until more firm. Approx. 1/2 hour.
Step 3 Melt the dark chocolate candy wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
Step 4 With a fork, dip the ball into the melted candy wafers. Shake off any excess and carefully lay on the cookie sheet. Let set.
Step 5 Optional: To give them a finished professional look, drizzle with melted vanilla flavored candy wafers, and/or decorettes/toppings of your choice, let set, and serve!
