  • 6 White Vanilla Flavored Candy Wafers
  • 1 Package Bakerella DIY Sugar Eyes by Make'n Mold
  • 1 quart Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream


  • Make’n Mold Candy Cups (You can use any desired color and paper or foil)
  • Piping Bag with Star Tip
  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Wisk
  • Hand Mixer
  • Small Knife


Step 1 Heat the cream in your mixing bowl until it starts to simmer gently.
Step 2 Pour the white candy wafers into the hot cream, allowing the candy wafers to melt before stirring.
Step 3 Wisk the mixture until all candy wafers are melted and the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4 Cut the stems off all strawberries and then cut all the berries in half horizontally.
Step 5 Place the wider halves into a candy cup, keeping the pointed “hats” separate.
Step 6 Using your hand mixer, whip the cooled cream/candy wafer mixture until it’s fluffy and has good structure.
Step 7 Scoop the whipped mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto each strawberry base to form the face of Santa. Top with the remaining strawberry “hats” and press lightly.
Step 8 Pipe a small “puff” on the tip of the strawberry to complete the hat.
Step 9 Using the Bakerella Sugar Eyes, draw eyes on each candy piece, and place two on each Santa. Have fun experimenting to create different expressions.
Step 10 Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
